As a dentist and a mother, Dr. Jes Webster recognized a critical gap in reliable long-term staffing solutions within dental practices.

She founded CoverDent to connect dental practices in Michigan with experienced dentists and dental hygienists for extended coverage needs, including maternity leave, medical leave, FMLA, and seasonal absences.

Designed as a brokerage-style service rather than a traditional temp agency, CoverDent prioritizes continuity of care, practice stability, and provider support- So that your dental practice productivity doesn’t have to come to a halt, during life’s most important moments.

A proud Michigander for many years, Jes earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and completed her Masters of Health Services Administration at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Her combined clinical and administrative training allows her to approach dentistry with a focus on both patient care and system-level solutions.

Dr. Webster’s clinical career is focused on treating vulnerable populations. Additionally, she contributes as an Adjunct Clinical Preceptor for the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, helping train future dentists.

Dr. Webster’s work is guided by a commitment to balance, sustainability, and whole-person care. These values shape her leadership and her mission to strengthen the dental community.
